ShipSilently Inc. ("ShipSilently", "we", "our", or "us") operates the website located at https://www.shipsilently.com and the ShipSilently feature flag platform (collectively, the "Service").   • Payment information: Billing details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored directly by ShipSilently.

  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including feature flag evaluation counts, API call metadata, and dashboard activity.
  • Log data: Server logs may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps.

Information from SDK usage

When your application uses the ShipSilently SDK to evaluate feature flags, your application may pass context attributes (such as user identifiers or plan types) to our evaluation API. We process this data to return flag evaluation results. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process transactions and send related information (invoices, receipts)
  • Send administrative communications such as security alerts and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to improve the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
